Finally, a movie list put together by people who know what the hell they're talking about!!!
RetroCrush, which is a great site for anyone who lived through the 70's and 80's, has posted a list of what they believe are the 100 scariest moments in film history. I have to agree withmost of the choices. The scenes that they have selected are the scenes that most everyone remembers from their childhood, not what some film historian or critic would choose. I'm glad to see that they have chosen several scenes from non-horror films, as well.
There will probably be some debate over their choices for the top 3 spots. Personally, I have to agree with their number one choice. While not the most frightening scene by today's standards, it has had a long lasting impact on my fragile nerves while showering.
