And the nominees are...

They have just announced the nominees for the Academy Awards. Not a lot of variety, it seems. Most every category has the same movies in it except for one or two here and there. If you click my little link below, I have listed the main category nominations for your viewing pleasure.

I included the Animated Feature Film category because I feel that it is a very important category. I am saddened, though, that since the category's creation, Pixar/Disney and Dreamworks are the only studios who compete for it. And sadly, Shrek 2 will probably beat The Incredibles this year. That's a damn shame.
